Charasteristics Of Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are mostly in the anal area.  They are characterized by huge lumps of clots and skin. The lumps contain blood vessels that receive absolutely no blood flow due to the constriction occurring underneath.

It is a very unfortunate circumstance for those who are affected with the condition; however, the cure of this condition is easily available. Many times, if you feel the condition to be developing you can take up some precautions just to prevent its occurrence.

Once hemorrhoids are developed people tend to neglect them causing them to have a damaging effect on you over the period. Therefore, it is advisable that they are treated as soon as they appear. Till you undergo the final treatment for its eradication you should indulge in all treatments available to prevent its aggravation.

Hemorrhoids are not an unusual circumstance; as a matter of fact, everyone has hemorrhoids – it is only when these hemorrhoids swell up and cause discomfort do they become a problem.

Not all hemorrhoid causes are the same; some tend to undergo greater pain and discomfort as others. However, it is known that the older you are the higher the susceptibility to hemorrhoid occurrence. But, this, once again, does not indicate that children and young adults cannot develop the condition. Also, hemorrhoids can occur mostly in women than men; it’s a normal characteristic during pregnancy but can remain with here till after birth.

Hemorrhoids do not only occur in the anal canal; in fact they can appear on the outside (externally) and can be present underneath the skin layer or above.

The occurrence of the internal hemorrhoids depends upon the pressure exerted on the internal hemorrhoidal veins. If you aren’t sure whether you’re affected by this condition then notice the surface of your stool; if it appears to be bright-red then you’re developing internal hemorrhoids.

If the pressure on the veins continues then they may rip out of the skin and protrude from the anus thereby causing greater discomfort. In case of internal hemorrhoids, pain is a very unusual happening but it can certainly happen if a blood clot or an infection develops.

 

The external hemorrhoids can be identified by the torturous pain the sufferer goes through. They are characterized by huge swells around the anus; these swells can bleed from too much pressure or mucus drainage. If the affected areas develop blood clots then you’ve added more pain to yourself.
